These side light blockers were a game changer after I ordered our new blackout pull down shades. I put these up in no time and I only used the adhesive part to secure them, and they have showed no signs of coming off. I used a box cutter to cut each side to the right height, and that wasn't too difficult.

Amazingly dark. I work at night and these tracks are a life saver for daytime sleeping. I bought one set to see if they would actually work. It didn't take long for me to buy the second set. It is always night time in my room now!
