Weffort Fabric Sample - Blackout Roller

Even with all the problems in the world, I still feel the product is going to make the delivery date and provide same quality as others that want double or more.

My mail is delivered to the post office, and I have to drive to get it. I didn't get any email or text that the fabric sample shipped so had no idea it arrived 6 days ago until I got an email asking me to rate them.
I needed the blinds to arrive before I went out of town, so ordered them a few days ago without the sample.

Why can't email/text be sent when the item ships and/or is delivered.
