Great blind and customer service. My wife wanted to confirm how to measure and called them to make sure it was correct. patio came quickly and everything was in order. The directions are not great but it is not hard to hang these especially if you have hung blinds before. I did love the outdoor shades. Super design just snaps in place. All setting are preset at factory so We did not have to adjust any thing. Simple remote up/down. Comes with a long cord to plug into wall. I would recommend these to any one looking. Great buy for the money. We'll be ordering again for other windows.

I bought the motorized blinds, they were easy to install, I love that they're compatible with Apple HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home.

The motor is super quiet, which I love, and the setup was actually easier than I thought, they fit perfectly and look really sleek. The remote works well, but I usually just use my phone. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.
