I have purchased two of these, one over a year ago (HomeKit version) and more recently a (Matter of Thread) version. Both work well. I just ordered two more.

If the Matter motor falls off the network for some reason (this happened only once in the last couple of years across multiple blinds), you can reset the Matter motor by holding the button the motor for 6 seconds until the motor jogs twice, and then you should also remove the blinds from Apple Home app, as well as in iOS Settings -> General -> Matter accessories. You may also want to disable the 5Ghz band on your wifi router if it shares the same SSID name with the 2.4Ghz before pairing.
