Very responsive Customer Service- Solid Quality Product Overall

Initially had issues when product arrived late and damaged, but Customer Service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue by sending out a replacement, which arrived a few weeks later with no issues. Installation took some effort and some parts (screws) provided did not fit/work as intended. I was also unable to get the Alexa or Google to connect to the curtains, so for now, I have just been using the remote and manually tugging on curtain to activate auto open/close. Overall, solid product, happy with purchase.

These were so easy to install, and connect to my hub. I have these open at 10 am, close at 2 pm, open 50% at 5:30 pm then close at 8 pm. They work awesome. I was so happy after I got them installed and connected. All I cod say is WOW! VERY IMPRESSIVE.
