Its a great product. Great customer service. I had some minor issue with the solar panel. The company gave me full customer support and had me refund that part. They are currently helping me in pairing with Alexa. Do check before buying as it needs the new gen models of alexa to pair with. Overall, this product brought class to my living room. I love it. See the difference of daylight blackout in my pictures of the living room taken at the same time of day.

You can't beat this company! They really have a great quality product that for the price can't be beat. I customized a set of 5 blinds with motorized remote control and Alexa assistant support. Had them up in less than 30 min. Programming the remote and the motor direction and limits took some time to get a grasp of but once I figured out one It made it much easier to do the rest. Loved these so much we ordered them for all our rooms. Customer service with them was amazing. I had a couple questions and they immediately answered. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking for quality blinds that have great functionality and are a fraction of the cost of most blind companies. These zebra blinds aren't completely blackout but when closed feel very close. When stripped they offer more light in but you can not see through them so they are still private.

These are the 3 time that I ordered these blinds and i must say just perfect. Great customer service, good quality product, easy install, preset and programmed to your measurements. As long as you measure right its like putting on a glove on your hand!! Will come back for more and its worth the little higher price for sure!!

The blinds installed easily from a physical perspective. It works great with the remote control and looks great as well. But integration with Alexa doesn't work or at least I cannot get it to work with nobody to turn to. The integration documentation is un-readable. It is 10 phone screen shots on an 8.5 X 11 piece of paper (see pic). No other Alexa documentation included. I bought the gateway with the blinds and it uses the smart home app but it simply does not work when trying to add a sub- device like the blinds.SMARTWINGS STORE IS WHERE YOU SHOULD PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.They actually have an 800 # to contact them. Wefford has no support as far as I can tell. Now I am stuck with very nice blinds that work with the remote but not part of my home automation. Disappointed. The physical blinds deserve a 4 or 5 star rating. This vendor because of support get a 3 star rating

These zebra blinds were easy to install and out of the box function as they should. The remote is pre-programmed and works well. The instructions aren't the best, but I don't think that's reflective of the product overall. Once you figure out how to configure things for programming either via the remote or a smart device, it's pretty straight forward.

Love - these are pricey for a dyi - but you get what you pay for. They look pro. Very easy to order, install and use. Remote came pre-programmed and the app pairing is easy. We got custom sized for 2 windows, they are evenly paired and fit perfectly.

Excellent blinds. Having them around for about a year now, and they work very well. We've put them on a schedule with Google Home to shut down automatically at sundown and open at sunrise (that works well 95% of the time...).
The setup and GoogleHome connectivity were a little complex - we had to get help to make that work.
