They are okay quality and work fine but iv had a lot of problems with using the app.

The instructions that came with the shade were confusing. The graphic indicated that the shade had markers on the top of where to place the mounts, but the shade itself did not have these indications. That aside, my husband mounted it using common sense with the brackets spaced equally apart. That being said, we are very happy with our purchase. I gave my window measurements and it fits perfectly. Also, it glides up and down easily and smooth. I would definitely recommend this product.

Love this company. Have ordered 5 shades-3 regular window shades and 2 skylight shades. All were perfectly sized and easy to put up. Very good quality product. Strongly recommend this company.

I love how easy these were to install. I really like how I can lower from the top to allow sun in while maintaining privacy.

I love these shades! I ordered 3 for our dining room and they work great at blocking the sun, that comes in there. I like that I can block some of the sun, but not all of it. Very easy to install. My husband had them up in about 20 minutes. Great customer service! Highly recommend and would definitely order from this company again!

I just received this yesterday. It took about 10 days to receive which is actually quick for a motorized large custom sized shade. The package was complete the kit was assembled well and the instructions were good. I installed it in about 30 minutes. I liked the solar panel and the motor is also very quiet.

These blinds are terrific!! They were very easy to stall. Quietly and smoothly go up and down. Can be stopped wherever you want. I haven't attempted any of the customizable functions yet, was just to happy to get them on my window. The color is exactly as I had expected and needed.
One caution - if you were thinking on solar for battery charging make certain your windows will accommodate the panel.
The seller is the very, very best. So easy to work and responds immediately.
Don't pass these by.

My order arrived pretty quickly and the shades were easy to install. The remote and motor work great straight from the box. They were pre-programmed from the factory. The price is great for the convenience and quality.

Installed three inside mounted shades using the Matter Motor Over Thread. Paired with Smartwing remote. Install, pairing and assigning single shades and groups to remote all went very smoothly.

the blinds were easy to install - the mounting brackets were easy to position and attach to the window frame. The blinds came pre-configured to the remote - operating the blinds was quick and easy. Still working through the process to interface with Alexa.

Wonderful blinds for our room. They are both identical and I am able to control them individually for different light and access to windows. They look great and work well with Siri. I did have to do a couple of resets before they actually joined the Thread network, but now they respond to their names, Sleepy and Sneezy. Very happy with them!

We installed them in two windows and liked them so much we added two more. The inside mount is pretty easy to install. In an old house take plenty of measurements- we had quite a width variation.

I was patient enough to wait for the two week delivery. I'm very happy with the blinds, perfectly packed and easy to install. At 1st I thought it was too short, but just needed to adjust the bottom stop from the factory preset which took me multiple tries until I got it just right. Integration with Amazon Echo also took me multiple attempts until it worked.

The ordering process was easy and the guidelines for ordering were well documented. I love the smart functionality of my new shade!

We bought in late March to help manage the light & sun setting in our dining room & living room. We have been pleased with the amount of shade & light that is filtered out but doesn’t darkened the room. The measuring directions and installation directions and the mounting brackets are simple & effective. Christie in customer service was very patient offered good advice and understood the type of fabric light filtering needs we had and confirmed with me measurements & was exactly correct in going with the less technical model for our needs with remote use & recharging needs. We have been very happy with the quality, fabric construction , shade & motor housing. The pricing , construction & shipping was very reasonable to match the quality. And budget we had to work with .
