I was a bit nervous placing such a large order for shades, but I have to say — I absolutely love how the day/night shades look, and they’ve been working flawlessly!

We ordered over 10 window shades in total, including a mix of roller shades, zebra shades, top-down bottom-up, and day/night cellular shades — and they’ve all worked beautifully. The day/night cellular shade quickly became our favorite. After testing one as a trial, we ended up choosing them for most of our common areas and bedrooms. The zebra shades are a great fit for the bathrooms, offering both privacy and light control.

If I had to pick one downside, it would be that roller shades tend to leave a small gap between the fabric and the window frame, which might be something to consider depending on your space.

That said, this is definitely a 5-star experience, not just for the product quality, but especially for the outstanding customer support. The team is incredibly responsive, quick to address any concerns, and always ready with practical solutions. Truly some of the best service I’ve received.
